Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 7 - 10 days, although there may be a slight delay during busy periods.  In the event of any delay, we will always inform you.

Postage for purchases under £15 is charged at £2.00.  For purchases over £15 postage is £3.95.  Rates apply to any mainland United Kingdom address.  Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Delivery and as such, a signature will be required.

At present, we are not able to send overseas orders or orders to a PO Box number - Sorry!

 

Returns

All of our products are quality checked prior to packaging and dispatch.  Should you be unhappy with your purchase in any way, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, ensuring that it remains in it's original condition.  You will then receive a replacement product or full refund (please inform us of any returns within 24 hours of receiving your goods).

 

Hand Made Products

Every effort has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and measurements are correct and accurate.  Due to each product being hand made however, slight variations may occur.

 

Colour

Given that every monitor is different and settings are adjusted to suit individual preferences, colour variations will occur between images presented on screen and the actual products themselves.  Colours should therefore be seen as representation only.

 

Care of Products

Please carefully follow the washing instructions that are attached to all washable products.  These instructions are issued by the material manufacturers themselves and any problems arising after washing cannot be rectified if you have failed to follow the washing instructions correctly.

 

Payments

The online ordering is made via Paypal, and you must adhere to their terms & conditions.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards over the telephone, we accept personal cheques,  please call to place your order, we will then make arrangements for the cheque to be sent.
